I needed a refund on one of my purchases and the customer service team was very helpful. The company is clearly very honest and I have heard many good things about the animals that they sell as well.

I ordered live feeders and over $200 worth of supplies from them. They do not send out any shipping notifications at all. My feeders sent our within a week, but I've waited over a month to get supplies and I'm still waiting on one item. They didn't notify me that it would take this long in any way. I had to email them and wait almost a week for a response. They have decent prices and a good selection, but beware that you aren't going to get them in a timely manner and they aren't very friendly

Was having problems finding cork for my vivariums. LLL Reptile had plenty in stock. The checkout process was very quick. No hassles. Feel like these guys are really on top of their game even though this year has been hard on online supplies and shipping. No problems here!
